Ten-Minute Play Festival Review in Ticket Sarasota.
Some icing on the cake of Theatre Odyssey’s best Annual Ten-Minute Play Festival yet: theatre and television critic Jay Handelman has followed up his recent piece on Theatre Odyssey, with a generous review of this year’s selected plays.
As Jay mentioned in his article, it’s no easy feat to tell a story in 10 minutes, what’s more, to do it in the format of a play. And yet, each year for ten years running, the festival has been graced with a fresh group of creative, thoughtful submissions and stellar actors and directors who help bring the chosen submissions to life.
In fact, as we delight in congratulating this year’s winner Arthur Keyser and runner-up Dylan Jones, we’re already getting excited about next year’s festival! As always we owe a huge thank you for the support of our community and everyone involved in making this festival happen, year after year.
